Area Sales Manager

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences within an assigned residential housing subdivision or project. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, close sales, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires building strong relationships with clients, external partners, and the community to support business growth. Additionally, you will oversee the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to possession, while maintaining accurate records and leveraging CRM tools to track progress. A deep understanding of the real estate market, competitor analysis, and customer needs will be essential to excel in this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Sales Leadership and Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage all sales and customer interactions within the assigned residential housing subdivision or project to meet sales targets and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee the entire customer sales process, from initial inquiry to possession, ensuring all steps align with company standards and policies.
Lead Generation and Market Analysis
  • Identify sales opportunities through community engagement, marketing initiatives, and networking, generating a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer data to identify opportunities for growth within assigned communities and surrounding areas.
Customer Satisfaction and Communication
  • Set, communicate, and exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales and possession process.
  • Utilize the company’s CRM tools to update and maintain the customer database, ensuring accurate and timely communication and follow-up.
Collaboration with Partners and Internal Teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as Realtors, Mortgage Professionals, and Relocation Experts, to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Provide Sales Associates and other team members with up-to-date product information, price lists, and competitor insights to drive informed decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

Proven experience: 3 years in a new home sales role; Experience in the real estate industry; Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Relationship Management.

Technical knowledge: Understanding of effective sales strategies and marketing techniques to attract and retain customers; Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads, sales data, and customer interactions.
